Update on the Timeframe for the THC Related Issue and Wallet Security

Dear Thetanians,

Following the technical issue relating to the THC token that took place on June 19th, we have sent out an email with the instructions on how to remove the THC Converting Program related content in your wallet by accessing the Marketplace, and then ‘Agree’ to secure your wallet. 

Kindly follow the steps to finish the procedure before July 30th.

Once your wallet is secure, all THC lost as a result of the issue will be compensated directly into your wallet within 72 hours after we receive your notification on our support centre.

Our team sincerely thank you for your enthusiasm and participation in the program as well as your support for Thetan Arena. We will take further measures to prevent such issues from reoccurring and to ensure your security.
