Some Heroes like Raidon, Veinka, Serp, Breaker shoot projectiles spreading out in a shape of a cone. Each projectile deals damage on their own. + If the enemies get hit on the edge of the cone, they are more likely to take only 1x damage + If you shoot enemies right in front of them, they will have more chance to get 3x or 4x damage (refer to the banner for demonstration)
By using skills like Ghost Fade or Rocket Plunger, you can approach the enemies with low health in the blink of an eye and terminate them with only 1 burst of damage.
Even a tank now can become an assassin if you use the right skills at the right time.
